This is why i chose them to manage my home as i have moved interstate and Ben has done a great job i am super happy with his ethics honesty and reliability, great job guys and Thankyou Ben. This company is one of the worst property management companies and has the highest fees… for nothing. They do not provide accurate feedback on the house every inspection, and if they do, they turn a blind eye to chasing repairs for damages caused. I lost so much money in repairs after my tenants left because of this companies wrecklessness in reporting. Even when finally changing property management companies DB Philpott made the process extremely difficult and were very unprofessional.
